Gotze 'optimistic' about Bayern Munich future

The attacking midfielder is definitely getting excited about the second 1 / 2 of the growing season after án injury-plagued 2013, with Pep Guardiola's part still chasing several trophies

Mario Gotze is definitely optimistic about his potential at Bayérn Munich after ovércoming the injury issues that held him out of activity for a big part of this past year.

The Germany internationaI, 21, missed the opening a few months of the 2013-14 campaign because of injury following his summer months shift from Borussia Dortmund.

That came on the trunk of a personal injury lay-off towards the trunk end of last period - which saw him skip the Champions League final contrary to the Bavarians - but he could be hopeful that the brand new Year provides with it a fresh start.

"I achieved peak health and fitness through the first half of the growing season, I had playing period and I became portion of the team," Gotze informed the cIub's official wébsite

"It made a couple of things easier for me personally. I'm very optimistic today. My main expect 2014 would be to stay healthy and play great and successful soccer as a team.

"The break did us all the planet of great and we're prepared to get going in the brand new Year. We have several highlights approaching. We're looking towards the second 1 / 2 of the season."

Gotze has madé 20 appearances for Bayern in every competitions up to now this advertising campaign, netting eight goals along the way.
